We loved the location and the cleanliness of the room. The front desk staff were all very helpful. We had a very noisy AC. We couldn't keep it on. The breakfast place is too crowded. Very clean, nice big room because it was on the 14 floor. Staff is extremely efficient and friendly. Location is the great.

Satisfactory and affordable for a short stay. The breakfast was American and I am an Aussie and I eat healthy fresh food. It was a satisfactory hotel but I don't think I would return to that hotel.
Well positioned, friendly, short on space. I got a regular double for me and it was a postage stamp. I know its NY and you pay for space but you couldn't turn around in my room. I got a king corner for my guests and it was quite nice and a good bargain. The staff was terrific. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Pleasant Bedroom very small. Breakfast room much too small for number of people. Difficult to find anywhere to sit. Bed very comfortable and staff at reception friendly and welcoming. Helpful ordering car to airport etc.
Good El desayuno era malo y utilizar el ascensor -nos tocó la planta 14- era una tortura porque solo había uno y era lentísimo. El precio final, con tasas de todo tipo, se nos quedó caro porque acabas pagando casi un 25 por ciento sobre la oferta que te pone booking. La ubicación era buena, al lado de central park y del metro
