Exceptional There was nothing that wasn't likable The bed was fluffy and beautiful. The check in was easy and pleasant. The breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Excellent Há somente 1 elevador para atender a todos os andares, fazendo com que a espera seja um pouco demorada para quem fica nos andares mais altos. O atendimento na recepção foi excelente, com diversas dicas para locomoção, passeios e alimentação. Bom café da manhã. Localização muito boa, próximo a metrôs.
Disappointing The hotel is a joke. The sizes room are ridiculous!! 4m2!!! You have literally no space to open your suitcase!! We asked to change room but they didn't have rooms with decent size available at all. The window in the room was extremely tiny and the a/c very old and way too noisy to let you sleep. It was the worst experience we had in a hotel. We had booked for 5 nights but ended up leaving after one night. It was that bad! Also, if you expect a decent breakfast don't have it there.
