Great location for opera! Small elevator meant I used the stairs more frequently. Beds were comfy.
Personal muy cordial y dispuesto a resolver lo que uno planteaba. Lo mejor del hotel su personal . La pieza demasiado pequeña para una reserva de cama doble. El tamaño era para una cama simple. El desayuno muy limitado, permanentemente se terminaba el pan y no era repuesto, faltando aún casi media hora para el cierre. La atención del personal y la ubicación cerca del central park
Fair Also the king size room is very small as you can see by the pictures but also very bad organized and uncomfortable for the staying. Some room furnitures are old and damaged. The room's breakfast is very small, always crowded, rarely you can find a seat and rarely it has been cleaned during the service. No quality for the price. The location. The room is quite clean. The room appears quite modern.
Ar condicionado impossível de usar na hora do sono. Quarto muito pequeno. Não tem figrobar e o principal: os ar condicionados de dois quartos eram super barulhentos e não dava pra deixar ligados pra dormir. Devido esse fator do ar condicionado não ser split, não recomendo o hotel. Localização excelente. Equipe super prestativa. Água quente e café disponível o dia todo.

We took our daugther to NYC and were very happy with our decision to stay at this property. Room was small but not uncomfortable. Excellent location - very near Central Park in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Close access to subway entrance. Walking distance to LDS temple (adjacent to Lincoln Center.) Staff was very friendly and helpful.
