Pleasant Zimmergrösse viel zu klein, Dusche ohne Handbrause, keine Fensterscheibe oben im Fenster, keine Butter beim Frühstück, Plastikgeschirr und schlechter Service und sehr wenig Plätze beim Frühstück. Die modernen Boxspringbetten und das super gute Wlan.
New York Juli 2017 Morgenmaden var efter europæisk standard elendig, Smør var f.eks. udsolgt i 3 dage? Sengene var komfortable, men dobbeltsengen var alt for smal. Klimaanlægget, som var et must i 35 grader, larmede som en lastbil. udsigt til skakt og alle klimaanlæg. Ligger i en stille gade tæt på Cental Park, Subway, Hop on Hop off bus og indkøb/restauranter.
The helpfulness of the front desk staff is what made the stay worth remembering! The photos shown on the website do not give an accurate picture of the room sizes. We booked a room for 3 adults and were shocked to see the room initially given. After bringing this to the attention of the staff we were assigned a room on 4th floor which was way better. The front desk staff (especially Keith) were very friendly and helpful.
Nice location, budget room The room was tiny, not enough floor space to lay the suitcase down flat. The 2nd floor (1st floor by EU-UK convention) room faced a dark and dank air shaft, so it was basically nightime all the time; higher floors might be better. Bathroom similarly tiny, the sink is so small that you cant wash your hands without getting the floor all wet. Worst hotel I've ever been to It was the worst hotel I've ever been to. We had 2 rooms for 6 persons with a double and a single bed. Everything was extremely narrow. No place for luggage. The very small windows were looking to a 3x3 meter square wall. We stayed for 6 nights and felt like sleeping in a prison cell. The "bathroom" was a ... hole. Excellent Noisy a/c. Weekend breakfast was overrun and wasn't kept very clean. Other days were fine. Location is excellent. Room was comfy.
