Great location, friendly and accommodating staff, nice breakfast choice. Good price for being in the The room was a bit small There wasn't enough seating for breakfast The lift was slow- I was on the 6th floor Great location, we walked from Grand Central it took about 40 mins also took in the sight on route. Loved being near the Central Park too. We did the pedicab tour and the zoo. The room was smaller than expected but the breakfast was fair for the price and being in NY. I recommend this hotel in NY Maybe the person works during the breakfast needs to be more friendly! Hotel has a simple and good breakfast, there’s a subway 1 block, the clearing lady from Dominican Republic was very friendly!!

Definitely booking again on our next visit to New York! Rooms a little tired but to be honest location is so good and price is great and they do the job. Excellent location, desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant Los cuartos son súper pequeños, espacio reducido en todo aspecto, el baño bien, solo que extravié un reloj en la habitación el día que casualmente entraron a hacer la limpieza, la cual solo entraron a dejar toallas porque la cama estaba sin hacer en piso sin aspirar… su limpieza fue solo dejar toallas y jabón La ubicación está excelente
