Very Good The AC did not work - took too long for this issue to be resolved considering it was middle of summer 90 degree Was meant to pay at arrival of property - was then attempted to be charged - same did not go through as not authorised - then email received saying booking will be cancelled and to pay the balance - same was paid. On arrival at the property had to repay as was told it was not received from booking.com - very frustrated as had to pay the cost twice - room type booked was no longer available - still have no... read more

Overall it was a nice stay, besides the negative parts, whenever we come back to NYC, will stay here. Our room was super small, we could hardly open our suitcases. The windows were facing to an inner part of the building which was dark and loud. The air conditioning was really loud so we had to unplug it. The location is perfect - Central Park and the subway are super close. The staff is really helpful and nice.

תמורה טובה למחיר. למטייל סולו כמוני היה מצויין. מיקום מעולה ארוחת בוקר מאוד טעימה ומגוונת צוות אדיב. חדר *מאוד* קטן אך יש בו *כל* מה שצריך. אינטרנט אלחוטי כלול במחיר ועובד מצויין. אני יודע שיש עוד חדרים אני רק לא יודע איך הם נראים, החדר שאני הייתי בו היה הכי קטן מכולם ולדעתי הוא מתאים לזוג שיכול לחיות במצומצם מאוד. בוודאות לא מתאים לזוג עם ילד ויותר.

Minha estadia foi muito boa por causa da localização! O local do café da manhã era muito pequeno. Tinha muitos hóspedes para o local pequeno. Tivemos que pegar o café e sentar na recepção para tomar o café. Foi muito desconfortável! Gostei da localização, cinquenta metros do Central Park
