Fantastisk beliggenhed ved Centeal Park, og venlig og imødekommende personale.
Good location, all reception team were very helpful. Breakfast limited & not enough space to sit. My room was on 6th floor roadside, was noisy but no more than I expected from NY. Luggage store, case was left in reception area but I had no valuables in my case so no concerns for me. Creamer would have been nice in room for coffee machine as no fridge in room. Staff were very helpful & accommodating, location excellent for what I needed, there was no coffee machine in room on arrival but had one within 10 minutes of asking. R... read more

Für uns Jazz-Club-Touristen war die Unterkunft dienlich und ausreichend. Kein Tresor im Zimmer. Platznot im Frühstückszimmer. Lift oft besetzt. Funktionell, sauber, Bett , Dusche etc. gut. Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich.
