Perfect location, tiny room The room was shockingly small but it was OK for a solo traveler like me. This hotel is in the perfect location. Quiet and beautiful UWS away from high tourist traffic areas like Time Square and Midtown.

Good The accommodations booking.com promised and what they reported to the hotel were different. The staff worked very hard to correct book.com's error. The staff are very friendly and helpful
A little Gem Nothing I can think about. Surprising that at these prices breakfast is including. I find that the hotel is reasonably price and the staff is very accommodating . Will differently spread the word about this hotel, It's a gem. Also location, location , location. Go ahead book it , you wouldn't be disappointed
Exceptional There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. I liked the free breakfast, the free wifi, the great location, and that I could buy snacks and beverages in the lobby.
Not enough space and no info in room Not enough space in room for travel luggage and 2 people - no shelves cupboard to small NO information of the hotel or TV programs in room - on request they wrote all the channels by hand and after not answering phone at frontdesk we had to go down to get info. There are no normal city in lobby - had to ask for info and maps. Position and cleanliness
Great location -- may want to skip the breakfast Breakfast fruit was very poor quality. Breakfast was not ready at the stated time. Great location.
