Expensive for what you get but good location The length of time for the lift to go up and down and also having the cleaning staff having to use the same lift with all of their equipment. Very tiny and old lift with queues of people waiting for it. No space to eat breakfast at times because there are 14 floors of people staying but only room for about 14 people at a time. Great location to subway and also to Central Park. Close to some fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance.

Muy buena ubicación Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, el personal no es para nada atento. Cuando nos fuimos a dormir en el aire acondicionado caía agua del de arriba y el sonido era horrible. La ubicación estuvo perfecta, las camas cómodas y no se escuchaban ruidos de la calle. Es un lugar tranquilo.
een rustige plek in het drukke NY goed dat er ontbijt was maar ontbijtruimte is te klein en aanbod weinig gevarieerd, onze kamer was qua grootte ok, die van onze kinderen erg klein geweldige, vlot bereikbare en rustige locatie, zeer goed bed, fijn onthaal, vooral Susannah was top, vers fruit bij het ontbijt
Top Lage mit sehr nettem Personal Langsamer Aufzug,Zimmer waren sehr klein,darauf hatten wir uns dank der beschreibung aber schon eingestellt Das Bett war bequem.Frühstück war ok mit der Waffelmaschine wars ein highlight
Perfectly located hotel with small quiet rooms. The rooms are very small. The breakfast itself is ok, nothing special, but do not expect to be able to sit down to eat, overcrowded. The location is really what stands out for this hotel. Perfectly located in the upper west district. Very close to the park. Quiet rooms on the 12th floor.
