Pleasant La habitación muy pequeña pero además los muebles demasiado grandes con lo que entre la cama y la silla casi no se podía pasar. En el baño no te podias mover y el armario mínimo no había ni cajones ni perchas El personal muy amable y la cama cómoda

Clean, comfortable, great location Very very tight room for 3 people. Could barely move. Location was great, clean and easy to find. Right next to Central Park.
Ótima localização! O quarto e banheiro muito pequeno. E a limpeza não era muito boa nos corredores. O café da manhã era muito bom!!! A funcionária simpática e prestativa. A localização é excelente - ao lado do Central Park
Not all that was expected The lack of customer care. The breakfast was incomplete, things such as condiments were empty and didn't get refilled. The cleanliness of the room, in particular the bed covers were stained. The location was great, easy walking distance to attractions and train terminals.
Good for location but low value for money The facilities: despite the refurbishment, the standard room is a way too small and there is only 1 lift for the entire building. We initially got this room for which we paid a lot of money. As we got an issue with the room, we got upgraded to a superior room. In my opinion, this was the room we should have got from the beginning as we had paid a lot for it. My advice, Only book standard room at a very low price.
