Great price, good location and fantastic staff. Rooms are New York size! Absolutely fine for us, and reasonably priced for the City, but if you need a large room make sure you ask reception for the largest room they have. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our large groups needs were met. We arrived late at night and had a mix up with our rooms (our fault, not theirs) and they found a solution immediately. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good and it is just a hop skip and a jump away from Central Park.
Average The bathrooms were small. Wifi went in and out. Location was pretty good. The room was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Exceptional Breakfasts were 7-10 but often wasent ready at 7, I wouldve preferred 0630 start for breakfast & have everything ready & out when breakfast starts not start getting everything out at breakfast time as often it took 15-20 mins to get everything out. Great location, very handy thank you
Fair room was small. only 1 small elevator used by guests and staff.
Mm Spaces too tight. Cleaning and breakfast lacking. Price/quality ratio non-existent, but you're at the Central Park in NYC . Beds ok.
Ncht zu empfehlen zimmer sind eine katastrophe. viel zu klein, ohne Fenster bzw nur mit einem winzigen Fenster, das man nicht öffnen kann, mit Blick in die Mauer, die nur ca. 5m vom Fenster entfernt ist. man fühlt sich wie eingesperrt. die Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert und das bei einer Hitzewelle in NYC, alles in allem unerträglich, haben daher nach nur 1 Nacht das Hotel gewechselt. Lage sehr gut, Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend
