Great value- I hope to return! The room was small, but all NYC budget hotels are. There wasn't much to not like about this hotel. It was such a good value- quiet neighborhood, close to Central Park, subway, good breakfast, comfy bed, extraordinarily nice staff. We left at 4:30 am on Sat and the staff made sure we had a nice to - go breakfast.
Will Be back anytime... Small Room, but who cares, we used it only for sleep and for taking a shower The location is the best in the city... just half block from Central Park and meter to the Subway, make it a winner

Good Lacking breakfast: - Breakfast should have started at 7 am, but the employee came just 7 am. So guests sat and waited when the employee prepared the breakfast. - One morning breakfast had started earlier (?) and 7.15 am there was nothing left. No toasts, yoghurt or fruits. - Yoghurt and fruits was served irregularly (although staff must know how many guests is staying in the hotel). - Mostly donuts, muffins, white toasts, boiled eggs and waffles.
