Good Lacking breakfast: - Breakfast should have started at 7 am, but the employee came just 7 am. So guests sat and waited when the employee prepared the breakfast. - One morning breakfast had started earlier (?) and 7.15 am there was nothing left. No toasts, yoghurt or fruits. - Yoghurt and fruits was served irregularly (although staff must know how many guests is staying in the hotel). - Mostly donuts, muffins, white toasts, boiled eggs and waffles. Excelente ubicación, buen servicio. Hay que mejorar la limpieza. Limpieza. Al hotel le falta buena limpieza. Ubicación muy buena, desayuno es rico y la cama cómoda.
Viaje Nueva York Podría ser mejor el lugar donde se desayuna. Su gente, en especial Hector dispuesto a dar siempre una mano.

Great value for money. Very complete services for a short stay at NYC Too small rooms. Just one elevator for 11 floors and extremely slow. Location is perfect. All required services for a short stay in NYC. Special comment for Genara, in charge of dinning room for breakfast
