Noisy and miniscule There wasn't even enough room to open a suitcase without putting it on the bed. The room was so small that the only way for the two of us to move around was if one person stood in a corner. I don't care that it was on Central Park. If you can't have two people in the room, then don't sell it as a double room. The air-conditioning consisted of units built into the windows and the noise was unbelievable. Good In the room we ended up with, there was no desk or chair, but to be fair they had setup the room to accommodate wheelchairs. Great location! We expected a bigger room than what we got. We informed the concierge and he was resourceful enough to change us to a bigger room (well the minimum we had expected) at no extra charge. That compensated somewhat for the absent gym... The gym that the Booking.com site had said existed as it was part of our criteria filters...
Meh. Tiny room. The bed barely fit. A bit shabby. Water pressure was inconsistent. Bad value for the extremely high price. Excellent concierge. Bed was comfortable.

Fair the rate was inconsistent and I wasn't told it would fluctuate. That is clearly wrong, and not told to me when I made the reservation. I was told $249 a night and I agreed. 2 nights it went up to above $300. I am getting legal council to contact you. Shame on you for breaking our agreement. location
