Wonderful Excellent atention of all the staff!
Great location, good furnishings and nice shower let down by poor breakfast, and cramped quarters. The breakfast was not good. Poor qualtiy bread/waffles, cheap cereal, bad coffee etc. Could not eat it. Staff inattentive. Crowded dining room, sometimes standing room only. You can do better for the price. Room very cramped and could hardly move in it. The only elevator took a long time to come up and down. Difficult to navigate corridors with luggage, too narrow and many fire doors. Pleasant Rooms were tiny. Breakfast was not great. It wasn't really continental Very close to Central Park/Broadway. Bed was comfortable.
