Not up to scratch ... Breakfast didn't cater for gluten free guests even though pre-advised at booking time. Breakfast ran out of jelly's. Most fittings, like hooks, shower facets, etc. were loose on the walls. Coffee not available all night as claimed. A friendly receptionist. Decent bathroom towels.

Very Poor
Completely freaking horrible. Everything. MY BAG DISAPPEARED FROM MY ROOM BECAUSE SOMEONE FROM THE HOTEL TOOK IT OUT WITHOUT PERMISION STATING THAT “THEY TOOK IT FROM A CHECKED OUT ROOM” WHEN I YET HAD ANOTHER NIGHT BOOKED. THEY THEN TOLD ME THAT MY BAG “APPEARED IN ROOM 208” WHEN I WAS STAYING IN ROOM 201!!!! IT WAS THE SHITTIEST EXPERIENCE EVER. WOULDN’T GO BACK THERE EVEN IF THEY GIFTED ME THE STAY. Nothing

Very Poor My room was too noisy that i couldnt have a continious sleep. It was too small! No window ..No fridge .. Bed was super uncomfy . Almost nothing ..,

Bad The toilet was blocked Because of the noise I can't use aircondition very old model. The phone beep continously. We can't move in The room. The bed is so little. This price is so high for this quality. This is the worst hotel that I ever sawn in my life. Konum

I would look elsewhere for next trip. Great location. The staff at check-in was great. The guy there late night didn't open his mouth when spoken to. I had multiple keys that did not work. Tiny rooms, even for New York. Carpets didn't look very clean, paint on walls peeling. General rundown feeling.

Disappointing and not what was advertised but location was great. The property was very old and dated. Wall paper stripping and worn carpet. The room was very very small and did not represent the image in the advert. Appliances in the room were very old. Breakfast lacked variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location and transport links.

Location is great, everything else needs to be renovated The hotel needs renovation... There is only one extremely slow elevator and you need to plan additional 10-15 min only to get to the upper floors. The room wasn't big enough even to open my suitcase on the floor. The ventilation system is not very good. The bathroom facilities are also not in good condition. The internet wasn't working properly. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly.
