Fair The hotel needs some TLC. The staff work hard to keep it in the best condition but carpets are worn, paint missing, damp in bathrooms, hotel doors damaged. Also take care which room you book as our original room was so small we struggled to get cases in. Room was changed to a bigger one when requested. The staff are great. Helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Bedding and towels clean. Good location. 2 minutes to Central Park.

Great location, but I stayed in better-kept facilities when I was homeless Rooms are way tinier than they look in the photos, you can't open your suitcases without putting them on the bed. There are no mini fridges in the rooms, you have to specially request them. We saw 3 roaches throughout the duration of a 5-night stay and there was a dead rat in the hallway when we first arrived. Fair I didn't like for the amount of money I paid for that room the paint should not be peeling in the bathroom,, there should be no dings in the wall, and wallpaper should not be peeling from the walls. The location was excellent, the staff was extremely friendly. The building was nice.
