Disappointing Room claustrophobic way too small Room too hot we had to use airco, which was noisy, to cool it down, in winter. Only 1 small lift used by guest and staff, lift was broken for 1 day had to go to the 9th by stairs. Room key kept failing and needed to be reprogrammed several time. Tv did not work, no remote in room. Front desk staff over the top friendly or rude and more interested in their mobiles. Desagradable encontrar una situación así . Las fotos q enseña no es lo q venden los cuartos son viejos y sucios una cama full el colchón estaba unidos en el medio, el pasillo olía feo. No tenía calefacción y las ventanas no cerraban bien. Solo la ubicacion, por favor personal de booking vallan a la habitación. 1002 es un fraude lo q están vendiendo

Do not stay at this property. My hotel bed was dirty. Sheets had hair on it and the pillow had make up. I told the front desk so they sent someone to change the sheets but I don't think they did because my bed still had hairs on it. And they just removed the pillow from the room. Furniture was dingy and dirty. The bathroom was tiny and outdated. The room was dusty and you can tell they don't vacuum. Room is outdated, lampshade was broken. Location was great.
Is not a good hotel The size of room is terribly, they do no clean every day, the bet is very, very old the elevator was not working , was expensive for that you received Only the location

Für uns eine Katastrophe Zimmereinrichtung schäbig, zerkratzt, komplett abgewohnt. Wir mussten aus dem Koffer leben, da es keinen Schrank gab. Es gab keinen Stuhl, kein Tischchen oder Konsole. Kaffeekocher musste auf der Erde betrieben werden. Im Bad keine Ablage, nur 1 Haken zum Aufhängen von Handtüchern. Dieser war auch noch 1/2 herausgerissen. Frühstück war akzeptabel, aber alles nur mit Wegwerfgeschirr aus Plastik Die Lage am Central Park ist sensationell
