Disappointing Très sale L’emplacement
Bad Le pire hôtel où j’ai séjourné de toute ma vie. La chambre sale et vieillotte la moquette sale. À la réception on m’a dit que c’était comme ça et que je ne pouvais pas changer de chambre. Pour le prix que j’ai payé j’ai trouvé ça inadmissible. La baignoire était rouillée et pas propre L’emplacement mais ce n’est pas suffisant

Prepared to be charged heavily only for location: crappy service and rusty rooms. First of all, the elevator is old and slow and too small. The lights wont properly work when you click on the button. Then the breakfast was terrible, served in plastic plates and with plastic forks. Very poor and on Jan 1st, there was only cereal and eggs. Not even fruits or yogurt or bread. No recomiendo el lugar El elevador super lento. La llave de la puerta de la habitación se descodifica con facilidad. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y sin espacio suficiente para acomodar ropa. Grifo de la ducha mala. Aire acondicionado super ruidoso. Menu es muy pobre. Poco espacio y mesas para sentarse. No hay leche caliente ni microondas para calentar leche. Solo manzana de frutas. Huevos muy secos. Cereal de mala calidad.
Buena ubicación, instalaciones viejas El estado de la habitación es triste. Había humedad en la pared, la tele era muy vieja, la cama tenía un hoyo de tanto uso y no hicieron el aseo durante las 3 noches que estuve. La tarifa no vale el estado de la habitación. La ubicación es excelente y el personal muy amable. Su precio fue de los más accesibles que encontré en fin de año en NY pero no fue una tarifa barata. Puede ser una opción de “emergencia” si todo el día estarás fuera.
one word TINY We could barely turn around in the room and the bathroom was closet size. For the price it should have been much larger. I think it does not give a good impression of Wyndam properties. We will not be return guests. Locatiion was good for us.

A very disappointing hotel. For $560, and an upper West Side location, I would expect much, much more. This was meant t Where to start? It was terrible. 1) it has cockroaches. We saw one on the stairs, and one on the bathroom shelf next to our toothbrushes in the morning. 2) shabby and worn. Peeling walls and ceiling. Rusty fixtures. Dingy carpet. Not clean on the edges.
