Excellent Customer Service experience N/A I wish all of my stats were this exceptional! The staff was extremely helpful and attentive from the beginning of my stay until my departure. Muito boa O elevador é um pouco lento realmente e o ar condicionado fazia barulho, uma pessoa mais sensível pode se incomodar. Pegamos o quarto duplo com cama extra para uso de duas pessoas, para três realmente ficaria apertado, mas pra duas foi otimo O custo beneficio é maravilhoso, nao tivemos o que reclamar da estadia, cama boa, chuveiro bom, quartos arrumados, o café da manhã não tem muita variedade mas supre muito bem a necessidade, principalmente considerando o dolar caro para brasileiros, então é uma economia grande d... read more
