Very comfortable and great staff and location Bathroom window didn’t close and only 1 elevator with long wait times towels were holy Location and staff are great

Great when you're on a budget The most important thing? The bed, and it met my expectations. But overall, the hotel could use new carpeting in the common areas. That would go a long way. The windows in my room wouldn't stay open, and the A/C unit was LOUD every time it started up. But for the price in an UWS hotel, I can't be disappointed. The staff was VERY friendly and welcoming.
