Classy vibe Nothing we got what we paid for and that was great for us. We were very happy staying here. we loved the location of this hotel. The front desk staff were all exceptional. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks

Good points: The rooms were very quiet, I did not hear noise from adjacent rooms . Good wall design. Rooms very small , but perhaps to be expected in NYC location? Breakfast, excellent support from staff even though self serve breakfast

Average hotel. Needs cosmetic updates. Stained carpet throughout hallways, old outdated bathroom with cracks and holes i Our window unit heater didn’t work. We were given a space heater and a blanket. Was not sufficient to adequately heat room. We were cold Very convenient, easy access, safe environment
