pesima La habitación era demasiado pequeña, el joven del lobby que nos atendió parece que no estaba en sus mejores días porque fue un grocero. El desayuno estaba bien y la joven que atendía el comer for fue muy amable. lo que te ofrecen en la reserva de la habitación no es lo mismo que recibes al llegar.
Poor La propreté surtout des escaliers pas nettoyés. Les chambres sont propres mais moquette non nettoyés. Les stores cassés les vitres sales les clim chauffage bruyant.isolation vitres inexistante. Difficile ouvrir les vitres. Les chambres minuscules sauf celle accès personnes à mobilité réduite. L emplacement très bien situé près parc et métro. Restaurants bars . Quartier agréable et calme

Fair It’s outdated and claustrophobic. The elevator, the corridors, the room. The door to the bathroom is very weird and giving the sense of cheap motel. And the window facing another building very closely with no option for natural light. There are much more nice places that cost less. The location is amazing.
would never go again or recommend this hotel so tiny of a room ! cockroaches in room - did not sleep all night watching them location

Big no no! Shocking place, this should be shut down, its such a pity to run a hotel like this in this day and age in the Upper West Side of Manhattan The rooms are awful, the entire place is like a dodgy dive I got out as quick as I could getting out the front door
