Very Poor I found cockroaches in my room and water leaks. One of the receptionist was very rude. I think the manager needs to put more attention on the building maintenance and employees. The cleaning service ladies were very kind and friendly with all my group. Good breakfast and location.
Bad attitude from employees. The staff did not treat customers with respect and dignity. Poor customer services

Tolerable if you spend no time there Room size: tiny dorm room, bathroom: size of closet. Much smaller then pictured. One elevator for entire hotel INCLUDING staff and housekeeping. You spend 10 + minutes waiting for a tiny elevator packed with everyone and everything. Rooms did not feel/look clean due to age of the hotel. Everything about this hotel is micro sized! Location, beds where comfortable
