Chambres minuscules, confort sommaire Chambre pour 3 personnes vraiment minuscule. Toilettes bouchées : Au bout de 2 jours de réclamation pour ce désagrément majeur nous avons du changer de chambre. Un seul ascenseur : il faut faire preuve de beaucoup de patience pour le prendre. Globalement nous avons été déçus Emplacement proche du métro Petit déjeuner identique chaque jour mais de qualité Personnel de l'accueil agréable
Disappointing La habitación diminuta, no tenía siquiera una lámpara para poder leer, tampoco cortinas. No se veía nada para afuera. Además la comunicación con Booking pésima, cancelaron mi reserva antes de llegar, y sólo le echaron la culpa a la aplicación. Me descontaron el día que no me quedé, pero ni siquiera una disculpa. Fair Small bathroom, plastic plates and knives and forks and no safe distance in breakfast. I had read in bookings informations that the hotel accepts cash, which was not correct and the receptionist did not know anything about.The room in the first floor did not provide a safe with a combination and the one they had was a heavy portable iron box with a key! Spacious room.
