I will never stay there again and I don’t recommend The manager (black lady) wasn’t quite pleasant, I complained about mice poop being in my bed and all I got was 32$ refund . The location of it.

Never again it was awful See above We never got breakfast. No one told us. The front desk girl at night was rude and unfriendly. The ice machine was broken. There was a roach in the room. TV was broken. The only decent thing was Alberto who was kind enough to help with the tv. Got it turned on but couldn’t turn it off.

location great so many restaurants on corner of Columbus room had no frig and no hair dryer When I got there there was a note the elevator was out on March 13 & 15, On 4th day it broke again I had to climb 7 floors to my room being disabled and recovering from a heart stent surgery 8 days ago the climb was horrible. For the rest of my stay, I was afraid it would break down again. The breakfast room was too small for all the guests.
Superbe emplacement mais chambre vétuste La vétusté des chambres (peinture vieillissante, fenêtres opaques, …) donne une mauvaise impression quant à la propreté des lieux alors que ce n’est pas forcément le cas … Magnifique emplacement à 2 pas de Central Park et du métro pour descendre downtown
