Fair The elevator did not work and we were on a 9th floor. It is a real effort that we should never go through .
Very Poor El ascensor dejó de funcionar el día domingo de nuestra estadía. Nosotros nos fuimos el día miércoles. Por lo tengo estuvimos 4 días subiendo y bajando 10 pisos sin ninguna respuesta o compensación por parte del hotel Muy cercano al central park

sin ascensor por dos dias las habitaciones son demasiado estrechas no funcionó el ascensor y fue muy incomodo subir y bajar las maletas
malo estuvimos 2 semanas y el ascensor malo tuvimos que bajar las maletas desde el piso 14 sin ningún tipo de ayuda supuestamente nos pidieron un taxi y nunca llegó nos fuimos en Uber la ubicación

malo se dañó el ascensor y no arreglaron enseguida, 2 días sin arreglar, teníamos que subir y bajar 8 pisos y nos tocó bajar y subir las maletas 8 pisos, solicitamos a recepción ayuda a un tipo que trabaja ahí, nunca fue, luego para hacer check out, la persona que estaba ahí no sabía nada de cómo manejar el sistema en resumen todo fue un caos, NO VAYAN A ESE HOTEL la ubicación
