Overall, the facility did what I was hoping it would do- provide a clean, safe area for me to rest. I didn’t like that parking was a separate fee. Had to park a block down for a much cheaper rate. I liked the location of the room. Walking distance to the Capitol; to the venue where we attended our event; entertainment; downtown AND for the rate we paid!!

Pleasant Facilities are pretty old and need a makeover. But if you only need a bed to sleep in in Austin then it's fine. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice.
