A bit of OVERALL ghetto feeling …sad to say. Exterior NEEDS much fresh paint. Rooms LACK noise-barrier! Spirit can was on side of bed wall. Bathroom floor was dirty & not swept. Comfy beds & mattress pillow toppers. Great shower head & water pressure! So very close to everything for Marathon! Parking was great on site and reasonably priced for 24hrs.
