Great Stay; Not Fully Staffed in New Years There was not enough staff to do the cleaning at the room we stayed at due to New Year's week. Fortunately, the staff was courteous enough to provide new trash bags and toilet paper for us. Also, it is my humble opinion that hotels in the middle of the city should not be charging for parking spaces to guests. The fact that they rented those spaces to other people not staying at the hotel (so that there were no spaces available for guests) was definitely not a highlight of the trip. ... read more
