Great My room reservation got messed up and charged more for their mistake It is clean, great staff, great price for what it includes however i reserved my hotel 1-2 days early and when arrived told my room was taken even though earlier this morning I called to confirm my room and reservation as well. Spoke with Sam he told me everything was set and ready to go but when arrived told otherwise and that I’d have to pay more

Exceptional Paid parking It was awesome. Location is perfect.
Very Good I was to be sent a form as I was remotely paying for my family's stay. I informed the hotel upon booking that I would be paying remotely. I emailed twice. La Quinta emailed me then to request my email to which I responded with no luck. I finally got the form when I called the hotel and requested it. Very poor follow through. My family enjoyed their stay very much.
