Great location in downtown Austin They did not have any rooms where smoking was allowed Friendly staff and when I ask to extend my stay by the one night it was no problem
it served my needs the place looks old, TV channels were limited. It would have been nice to have hair conditioner HAVING TO PAY $35 for valet. parking, the hotel had medium occupancy PRICE, THey honor my request for a room at the highest floor

We do have hair conditioner available upon request at the front desk. Unfortunately, being in the city center parking is very limited creating the necessity for the parking charges. Good The building is very RUN DOWN. The general area of halls/inside elevators/ Window seals were very dirty! However we felt our room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! and almost made up for the run downed property. the location was good, breakfast could be better, I understand it’s Covid and all and packaging is important, but maybe instead of chemically packaged muffins, small box cereal could be a choice as well.
