Good Loud noises from other tenants and sometimes cleaning crew was loud outside of doors during early hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful

cheap bed for the night. Air con was weak and loud. Location was walking distance to Bar scene downtown.

Pleasant NO water when we arrived. Hotel is clearly in need of major renovation. Locaion was good, checkin staff were nice.
