Exceptional
Compared to prices of other hotels this was a relative bargain, but you get what you pay for. Property overall is run down. Bathroom light worked sometimes (something wrong with the switch) for instance. Everything is just basically worn out/worn down from years of use. Breakfast was very average, the only hot food was a machine to self-make waffles. Coffee was poor. Good price for what you got. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good This is an old property. It could use some upgrading. It was overpriced for ACL weekend but cheaper than the nicer hotels near by. Location is great.
