Pleasant Appeared old and very badly in need of a makeover. Location was good. Close to Capital and 6th street
Great stay for the price and near my meeting. I was sad that I had to pay so much extra for parking. I would have liked to just park my own car. A box of tissues in the room would have been nice. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat.

Location is the key Front staff were a bit disorganized- we didn't originally get the room we booked and were waiting for a new room for a long time. Finally went down and picked up new keys ourselves Beds were comfortable, towels nice and the cleaning staff were very nice. Staff would alway leave the extra coffee we requested.
All good, except for inconvenient guests Noisy guests on the corridor at 3am! Called front desk three times and nobody answered! Almost created a serious conflict there! My kid got very scared. That was not good! Very close to Congress Ave. Walking distance from major restaurants & pubs. La Quinta standard: you know what you will get.
Good The room was to cold, the heater was not powerful enough.
Cheap hotel in the middle of downtown. Right near 6th street. Quick easy walk, homeless shelter a few blocks over so there are a lot of homeless in the area but non threatening.
