Location was unbeatable. The overall comfort and loud noise late at night was unbearable The room was outdated. But worst of all the noise from unruly patrons partying until the wee hours of the morning was very annoying Location was unbeatable

Center location, great staff and facilities. The room was costy, and after the stay I realized that this was a room for couple although the reservation was for only one. A smaller room which costs less would have been much appreciated. The staff and the facilities are great! 24/7 coffee and water are available, and the staff gave me coupons to use in the taxi apps to get free rides and discounts.
Big Disappointment Room was damp and musty, and overall impression of hotel was old and tired. Also, I arrived 5 minutes after closing of breakfast and they wouldn't even offer me a cup of coffee. Very disappointed overall. I had to walk to Marriott down the street to get something. Will stay there next time. Location was very convenient to State Capitol.
Very Good Bed was comfy and room was "roomy". Free wifi and amazing location. Pool was nice, too!
Good walking distance for Frank Erwin center concert 1st room reeked of urine, requested another, better..didnt stink, but fridge had a weak seal, didnt close properly..I think the building is just old and outdated, felt kind of dirty.. Bed comfortable
For the most part we we satisfied with your inn. I did not like to pay $25 for valet parking. Also, I was disappointed in the breakfast. The location was just one block away from our meeting place and very close to many restaurants.
Satisfactory stay, Valet staff needs more training. The valet staff was very polite for the most part, but it did take more than 15 minutes for them to get my car. They incorrectly labeled my car keys so they weren't able to find my car. They didn't seem concerned about it either because they just kept helping the people after us and didn't even bother to try and resolve our issue until we asked them if they were going to bring our car around or not.
