Very average. Breakfast was all served in polystyrene cups and plates, bowls. Boiled eggs inedible. Charged for valet parking. Place can be full of noisy teens over weekend period. Closeness to downtown.quiet area.

Better luck on another hotel... Ridiculously pricey for the hotel stay (no microwave or refrigerator in room, no amenities except bar soap and a conditioner) and mediocre breakfast - make your own waffles, package oatmeal, cold boiled eggs that stuck to the shell. Morning shift balding guy at front desk was unnecessarily sarcastic and rude, but night staff was very pleasant. The location was great for all things touristy and the beds were comfortable. The A/C worked well.
