Ok for the money. Over all the Hotel was run down. Had a damp smell to it. Pillows were tiny on the bed. There was coffee no hot tea in the lobby. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, room was clean.
Location was the ticket
Very satisfied. NO COMPLAINTS. Walking distance to the capital, and the Frank Erwin.

Good location, poor customer service. No meat in the included breakfast. Toilet flooded the bathroom while I was away and they wouldn't offer a compensation when requested for my toilet water covered laundry. It also took an entire day for them to bring up the fresh towels I called the desk for. Comfortable bedding.
Good location Cockroaches and questionable crusty white stains on bed sheets. Lots of bites on our legs when we woke up. Nice staff. Good location.

Excellent location and highly competitive rate- but not worth it! My room was right next to the hallway door. It was so incredibly loud each time people came in. My toilet made a loud noise throughout the night and the room smelled like it was full of dust. I was very uncomfortable and had a hard time trying to fall asleep with the stench.
