Great location, but otherwise not so good. Unfriendly desk clerk. Room with view of hall wall. Expensive and awkward parking. No discount for not having valet parking the night we were there. Perfect location. Across the street from the capital grounds, and walking distance to downtown.

2nights at 2015 new year Elevators other than lobby floor open to open air concrete. Outside walkways are narrow and inside halls smell of way to may years in service. They advertised breakfast included but only had a bad continental breakfast from 6 to 9am and this included new years day. Even though you expect some noise on new year until 2 or so, there was drunk fighting/arguing in the hallways and 2 calls to the front desk for security to help did only minimal to stop the commotion until almost 4am.
