Good location, but need improvement in customer service I made a mistake doing reservation but I had it in their hotel, i expected a different solution than just telling me they were going to charge me almost $100 additional to what i paid before. No negotiation was available with the night shift clerk

Pleasant Hôtel très bruyant : pas de double vitrage et cloisons très fines. Hormis la chambre, l'hôtel est dans un éta passable. L'hôtel est très bien situé. La chambre était propre et en bon état.
