Staff barges in room without knocking Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work and bathroom got all steamed up. Hairdryer didn't work. A man on staff barged into our room around 4:00 without knocking soon after we checked in. I was in my underwear. My friend opened the door to find out who he was. He said he was there to check something in the room. Staff needs to know or be trained to KNOCK first before attempting to enter. This was very distressing and frightening. The valet staff were excellent.

All charges should been available to see!!! Hidden parking cost!! It would be very very nice to let your visitors ahead of staying that they will be charged 22 dollars per night for parking while offering non visitors valets parking for 11 dollars per night. Rip off!!
Very Good Staff was very friendly, clean rooms, valet staff was very hard working and polite, good breakfast, perfect walking distance from 6th street!

Annual girls trip All of the staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Gave great directions to everything. The valets were exceptionable. Highly recommend.
