don’t book breakfast breakfast was a joke location
no thrills hotel. What I expected for the price. disappointing breakfast. hotel looks shabby although it was clean decent location near the capitol. relatively inexpensive

Good The staff (specifically Angel) was amazing! So helpful and friendly. I've never met a more helpful front desk staff! The bed was comfy too.
🤷ok at best but for Employees as I said Need a raise needed & thought we were getting 2 beds as I requested ground floor because I’m disabled & couldn’t climb chairs. Got handicap room one bed & couldn’t change rooms or get rollaway bed for grandson🤬 was most unpleasant night. 21yr old Grandson never been to Austin went to west side 6th st. & got a ruffie or something in first drink was kidnapped robbed & dropped off 12 miles down 35east. took over $400 phone & knife I gave him for college grad this summer.Unfortunately I... read more
