Disappointing The lobby was empty, cold, and uninviting. The staff was slow and unhelpful. It took them 40 minutes to check me in and then they put me in a room that was filled with storage stuff. The bathroom in my room was dirty. It was open late.

Very Poor I was charged twice although i couldn’t find any room Unfortunately there was no room for me at my arrival on Friday night.
Poor The room was filthy. The TV didn't work. It was not a good room. The staff was very friendly. The gal at the desk tried to make it right, but the rooms were just dirty.

Bad Horrible under construction nd still open don't gave rooms

Fair The TV didn't work the second night we stayed. They did offer a discount for that. The lamp on the table didn't work. The lobby is in the middle of reconstruction. The bed was extremely comfortable!
That hotel is worth $40 a night. Not $100. The heater was broken, TV wasn’t working, the lights didn’t work except for a couple lamps, and the room had a very gross smell. Plus, it was a motel & we were expecting a hotel. Staff was friendly & understanding when we said we wanted a refund and to change hotels... that’s about it.
