Please fix this location. Terrible. The thermostat was just taped to the wall, holes in the blankets. One pillow per bed. Rusty doors. Drawings on the walls. Broken door. Ext. You name it and it was wrong. Hotel was beyond horrible, booked for a week while I was in town for work and I felt very unsafe the entire time. Things broken and dirty and just down right terrible. It sucked We did not like anything about the hotel the room smelled the staff sucked and the Riff Raff running around at all hours of the day and night really made it a bad say someone even pulled a gun on my husband in the parking lot from the moment we checked into the motel everything was bad there is a lot of bad people running around in that hotel and nobody is checking them our vehicle was parked right in front of the lobby and was broken into and somebody attempted to steal it in broad daylight we didn't like anything... read more
Very disapointing Would have been nice to be heard and attended to Didnt get offered a breakfast . Didnt even get the luxuary of a tv ... 3 days dead silence . Reminded the office many times to move me or to just program the tv . But they forgot i guess .... not worth what ipaid for sure
UNDER RENOVATION To be fair, it's under massive renovation. No microwave or TV, bare bones room. Receptionist stayed outside in her car more than at the desk. Although she was helpful she was hard to get ahold of. Clean, staff were friendly and understanding.
Disappointing 2月8号早上去退房的时候，前台没有工作人员，也没有任何的提示牌(例如前台什么时候回来）。2月7号入住的时候，前台也没有告诉如何退房。我们在前台等了几分钟，没有任何人出现。于是我开始打前台的电话，打了5分钟一直没有人接电话。也没有任何工作人员出现在前台。我们继续等，继续打电话。电话一直在响，但是没有人接电话也没有工作人员出现到前台。又过了几分钟，终于出现了一个路过的工作人员，我们告诉她我们需要退房。她告诉我们等一下，然后她走出前台的大门，门口停着一辆车（一开始我们以为是客人的车子），然后她敲了敲车子的窗玻璃，一个小姑娘懒散的走下了车，没有和我们说一句话，然后走到前台的电脑前，我们告诉她我们要退房。我们就把房卡交给她了，她收了房卡，还是不说话，我又问她怎么退房，她说交了房卡就好。我又问她可不可以拿收据，她说我是第三方订房的，收据需要从第三方拿。一大早超级冷的，我们为了退房，在前台等了差不多20多分钟。全程没有任何人来帮我们退房，前台电话打爆了，前台的工作人员尽然就在前门口车里睡大觉，电话也不接。这样的前台服务态度，简直了。
Trying to find a apartment mean while I have to live in hotels The t.vs don't work, overpriced,no dirty bath tube with a big ball of hair in tube gross 🤢 and the key cards keept going out and the shower had no shower curtain and the floor, tube and toleit were so gross and the toilet seat was broken must I go on and the biggest thing was the dirty mattress gross gross gross. Nothing this place sucks
