A disappointment Staff at reception not friendly. No greeting. Just “hang on a minute”. Room in need of updating. Very depressing. Clean enough but hard to tell because so worn. Not enough or easily accessible outlets for charging devices. One hanger in closet. Maid service lacking. Old towels left in room. Ice bucket not cleaned or liner replaced. Unpleasant odor in room. Okay Under the standards of the branch. They open a new one a few blocks away and forgot to work on this one. The area is everything but safe. Our entry doors and bathroom doors were fixed with plaster and scotch because forced several times before. Pretty close to the airport if you plan to stay here before a flight.

Poor Room was not very clean. Stains on sheets, under furniture and bed could be vacuuming

Pleasant The day I arrived I had paid by Priceline, had no issue to check in and they found my confirmation....the 2nd day I stayed, there was a heavy set, Hispanic woman worker/manager...I don’t remember her name, but was VERRRRYYYY RUDE. My girlfriend and I had gotten awaken by her, the manager, at 8:30 in the morning very belligerent saying that we didn’t pay and that we had 30 mins to pack our things and leave!!!
