Poorly Had bed bugs, they charged the rat that was given to me over the computer

Disgusting!’ Had booked a 2bed room and upon arrival got into the room and it was a one bedroom. So we switched rooms. Then in the next room there was 2 big bugs crawling everywhere. It was disgusting. So onto the third room I went. The manager was rude and unpleasant. The breakfast

Fair Nonsmoking rooms smelled like smoke. Switched to another room and still smelled like smoke. Room was not vacuumed. The sink was slow and lots of plumbing noise from the room next door. Nice staff

inexpensive, however the photos didn't represent my particular room. the room was extremely out-dated and worn. Mattress on 2nd double bed looked like a bowl, it sagged so much. When I first walked in the room it smelled like it had been soaked in cheap cologne. the shower floor sagged when you stepped into it and the shower head was immobile and an extremely focused pressure - kind of like a jet stream. Unwanted and not welcomed. Horrible people from when I got there to when I left Nice place and clean Didn't get breakfast and the staff seemed to hate their jobs but the place was awesome and clean at least, however I'm not staying there again.

Buyer beware Everything! There was no hot water, hair in the shower, the toilet never stopped running, the mirror had a big star in it and the sink was cracked. The staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming either. I understand you get what you pay for but seriously?? The room should at least be clean. We never even showered while staying there. We will not be booking again or recommending this hotel again. Nothing

Rude service but comfortable bed. Being treated extremely rudely by desk clerk Samantha and sent to second floor, no elevator, to find a room NOT made up! We had even called before hand to alert them we’d be a late arrival. Worst desk clerk ever. And her manager watched as it occurred; the manager even winked and smiled at the desk clerk as if to encourage such unprofessional behavior. Having a room booked & waiting for us at 1:00 am after driving late at night.
