Uncomfortable this motel is very run down, it needs a complete remodel. The bathtub did not look clean. The room wreaked of fabreeze to cover the smell of cigarette smoke but you could still smell smoke. The ice machine was out of order and getting to the other machine meant walking thru outside passageways that were very dark. I would not stay there again.

Will not stay again The room had a smell of smoke covered by deoderizer , the toilet seat was dirty and had some sort of brown substance on it that we had to wipe off(good thing we brought sanitizing wipes) . Also the toilet seat itself needs to be changed , old and dingy. The bathroom was small and uncomfortable. When we pulled back the comforter on my son's bed, we found some sort of stain on it. Horrible experience Upon entering I requested a downstairs room due to being disabled. The receptionist was extremely rude and simply responded that if I did not like it they "I Could leave". 1st that is NOT a way to respond to a customer who is clearly giving you their money. 2nd, my guest and I noticed there was another guest checking out (from a downstairs room) at the moment we were checking in. Avoid deceptive Booking in this case Booking, Inc.; demand bill copy when checking in. Price of room not honored. Manager not there. Room impossible to stay in and had to be aired BY US for two hours before we could remain in it. Honor rate advertised! Check that cleaners have NOT over used cleaning fluids. Check that air conditioning has been adequately running et al. Breakfast for the money skimpy and a farce.!
