Disappointing Security (locks), cleanliness Price
Bad The property had no electricity to check me in. So I had to book at a different hotel. Somehow I still got charged
Very Disappointed Cleanliness, room was dirty - hair in shower, crumbs on microwave and refrigerator, bed sheet was stained. AC/Heater was way too loud and was not hot location
Still trying to reach a resalution on the charges that were not authorized We has several charges that are not ours. The lady that checked us in was very rude and unknowledgeable about company policy.

It wasn't good. The room was disgusting, there was pubic hair, rocks, dirt and insects in our room. I was very unsatisfied. Very unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. We drove 8 hours to a dirty room. I liked how close it was to the hospital we needed to be at.
Probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed Place was nasty, there were swarms of ants in the bathroom sink and counter top. I asked for cancelation but the front desk lady was rude and told me to call booking.com. Never got my money back. Room 119 Nothing. I left as soon as we saw the bathroom
Since I left Sunday morning do I get like a refund or credit for it I told La Quinta and they said yes to ask Booking.co The toilet was broken but I didn’t have time to report it and I had a family emergency at the hospital.
