Bad Rude and unaccommodating staff Room was comfortable with access to I-70
Bad The first room had a strong odor, clogged drain with hair, vomit on the floor, yellow stains on the bed, and mosquitoes. We were reassigned, but the second room was also dirty with stained sheets and bugs. It was unsanitary and unsafe to stay. Despite being told we’d get a refund after reporting to the front desk and leaving the same night But we never got that refund View and location

Train your employees to be hospitable. You are in the hospitality business. The night host was rude, pompass, acted like we were interrupting him from something. He didn't seem too happy at his job. It was on the interstate and Denny's was next door
Fair No hot water.. took 15min to get hot to take shower. Good staff

The worst I didn't like anything about the hotel. Especially after they charged me $475 for setting off a smoke alarm. I dont smoke anything and It never even went off, and nobody ever even came to look at it. Nobody ever called the hotel phone, tried to get a hold of me or even talked to me about it, they just charged my card 475. Dollars, and let me know about it at checkout, which in turn left me stranded for days. Nothing

It felt unsafe and was not clean There was bugs all over the rooms. The lock on the first room we had the lock was broken. The second room the lock was lose and the ac wasn’t working. The third room( the room w stayed in) the lock was also lose so we bought an extra safety bar.
