Horrible Everything The cheap prices, than they turned around and charged me 400 for a smoking fee when I am not a smoking and have been trying to fight the case ever since. It’s so cheap because they charge you for stupid things
Horrible. We couldn’t stay The grounds and rooms were filthy. The elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor. The front desk didn’t even let us know. I didn’t take photos of the parking lot. Nothing
Fair Pool was closed entire visit, bed was lumpy Location
Bad The place was rundown, weeds overgrown in the courtyard, bathroom was nasty, room was nasty, It had hair everywhere, it had not been properly cleaned in a while. Room smiled like dirty foot smile. We had to get fevreze. Would never stay there again. The one we stayed at in Trinidad Co was nice . This one is not, It didn't compliment the community or the area at all. Nothing

I will never stay there again. Mostly everything. Building needs maintenance. My room was never cleaned. I saw a drug addict girl passed out in front of the elevator door.

Awful! The staff was rude, the phone didn’t work, advertised pool and it was closed, room smelled like cat pee, neighbor dogs barked all night and the owner yelled profanities all night to try and shut them up, laundry facilities yes broken. Nothing
Awful, will never stay there again. Breakfast was limited, there were ants all over our room and we kept telling them, but they did nothing about it. The volume on 3 different remotes didnt work. The microwave front was broken. The bathtub wouldnt drain quickly. The shower only has 2 temperatures, ice cold or hell hot. Even though we paid for.our room for 3 nights in advance, they kept demagnetizing our key cards so we had to get new ones. The pool was closed to maintenance the entire time, yet no one was ever working on it.
It was uncomfortable and terrible! It was dirty, dingy and full of bugs. Microwave and refrigerator didn’t work. Staff was rude and wouldn’t do anything to fix a problem. TV didn’t work. Springs in the bed were poking through the mattress. Nothing!
