Bad There were stains on the sheets upon entering the room. There were crumbs and stains on the chairs. There was stains in the shower and mold in the bathroom ceiling.

Disappointing There was a stain on one of the beds and mold in the bathroom. There was caution tape on the outside due to cracks in the walkway and walls. The beds were smaller than a full but a bit bigger than a twin. I would not stay here again. The hotel was easy to locate.

Rude and messy The staff are rude and don't give you the correct info they also look very unprofessional and unclean. The room wasn't clean and there was dried up coffee all over the bathroom counter in the room. Would not stay here again. It wasn't far from red rock
Very Poor Bathroom moldy, tub dirty. Continental breakfast terrible. Coffee machines disgusting, dirty. Pool closed. Mirror filthy.
They need a lot of cleaning and maintenance. The pillows smelled bad. The air conditioning didn't work, I slept very hot. The water in the shower was hard to keep at the temperature I wanted, the pressure also failed, the shower was really dirty. The guests next door were outside on the stairs making a lot of noise, it seemed like a party to see who smoked the most, I wanted to call the reception to report it and the phone didn't work. Do not stay here. Our room smelled like smoke, there was a hole in the wall to the outside. The lobby did not look like the pictures and the outside hallways looked disgusting. Nothing
