Will not be back The first room we got reeked of cigarette smoke, had cigarette burned in the sheets and pillows, and ash on the floor. The staff was understanding and switched us to a new room which did not have a cigarette smell. The room was relatively clean but the pictures of the property online make the property look much better than it actually is. The rooms and bathrooms are extremely run down. For the same price we could have stayed somewhere a little less run down.
Disappointing The first room had no refrigerator or microwave like you advertise. They switch rooms that had some. The new room the bath tub was draining very very slow.
Disappointing The hotel room looked like it had not had been cleaned well. the bed sheets and cover had stains on it. the bathroom door had a hole. The main thing that I did not like was the water heater was broken. When I asked the front desk about it, they said I had to run the water for 15 minutes. AFter running the water it did get warm. We were disappointed Breakfast was terrible. We came to breakfast around 8:30 and nothing appeared to be restocked. There was no regular coffee made. Also it appeared that decaf coffee was no longer brewed. The area messy the tables were unclean. Location. We are also repeat customers
This is not a hotel I would ever recommend to anyone. When we first got there, the desk staff seemed to be fairly inconvenienced that we showed up shortly before check in time. However, we waited patiently to check in when we finally got checked in.We went to our room.We noticed as we walked in.The property was not very clean.There was quite a bit of rust all over the property, and the elevator seemed as though the cords were going to break at any moment.
