Price and location were good but kids were unable to swim and room was gross. Desk stated all rooms. Ancient dirt and hair in corners of bathroom. Pool was not usable. Did not receive room I selected (no microwave or kitchen) Part of building exterior crumbling and caution taped off giving the impression of a condemned building. Booking and check in were easy. Location was good.

Worst experience ever!!’ Nothing it literally sucked!!! I’ve been on the road for 28 days and have stayed at a bunch of hotels and this place was the bottom of the barrel. I’d sooner sleep in the streets than that hole. Need to hire people who have worked in customer service the people at the desk had no peoples skills whatsoever.
Short stay. Would not stay here again. Room was dirty. Lamp didn’t work. Bedspread had stain and pillow did as well. Bedspread and curtain had holes. Bathtub was dirty. Stain on wall near ceiling. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows too. Room had strange odor. Close to event we were attending.
1st night was horrible After transferring rooms It was much better. Shut out 2 Austin How to transfer rooms after 1st night because 1st room had low water pressure , dirty room , shatter TV.. The location was good
It was OK. The hotel served our purpose. I did not feel safe. I slept with a chair in front of the door. The lights were out in the hallway at night and they only had one elevator. There was not much of a selection for breakfast. The latch on the door was broken. we had it on 68 and it did not feel cold. We will not be staying here again the pictures on the website or not anything that you see in person stairs were cracked. There’s a lot of rust on the buildings.
