Rude and messy The staff are rude and don't give you the correct info they also look very unprofessional and unclean. The room wasn't clean and there was dried up coffee all over the bathroom counter in the room. Would not stay here again. It wasn't far from red rock
Very Poor Bathroom moldy, tub dirty. Continental breakfast terrible. Coffee machines disgusting, dirty. Pool closed. Mirror filthy.
They need a lot of cleaning and maintenance. The pillows smelled bad. The air conditioning didn't work, I slept very hot. The water in the shower was hard to keep at the temperature I wanted, the pressure also failed, the shower was really dirty. The guests next door were outside on the stairs making a lot of noise, it seemed like a party to see who smoked the most, I wanted to call the reception to report it and the phone didn't work. Estafadores Hotel con poco cuidado y mal mantenido, se notaba el abandono. Limpian las piezas una vez a la semana y co cambiaban las toallas.... Desayuno pobre, lugar sucio y poco atendido. Escaseaba todo.
Schreckliches Hotel. Muss geschlossen werden Zimmer stank extrem nach Rauch, dreckiges Frühstücksbuffet, Bettwäsche nicht sauber, Hotel zerfällt, überall Dreck im Zimmer, kaum etwas zum Frühstücken, keine Sitzplätze beim Frühstück. Nichts
I was disappointed in the cleanliness. I will probably never book at any Wyndham again. The place and the pool was unclean. The shower would freeze you or burn you. The top cover had stains on it. The air-conditioning did not cool our room well. The lobby bathroom was out of tp and it was not clean. The convenience of where the hotel was at.
