The room was comfortable, there were clean towels. Provided a place to stay, but little else Breakfast, cleanliness and some of the staff could use improvement Location was convenient to local restaurants, businesses, shopping and CSM

Decent Hotel, but careful if in a wheelchair The front desk supervisor was rude when she called me. I was trying to explain to her that I typed into the box my needs, I called to be sure I could get the wheelchair accessible room the week prior and was told it would be reserved for me, and had emailed about it. However, they sold the room to someone else. She pretty much told me to go to a different hotel (they would not be refunding me if I did this) and that it was my fault they gave the room away. Pleasant The room was a bit outdated. The shower was amazing and the best was quite comfortable!
it was nice for the most part the room had a bad smell.. i dunno if it was the cleaning stuff they use but it right when u walk in.. and the swimming pool wasnt up and runnin the area it was in by the mountains
Adequate but in need of a refresh. No elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor and it seems like they were short staffed. The breakfast was adequate and the facility met our basic needs but could use some updating and a refresh.
Good No working pool. Laundry out of order. The waffles for breakfast were phenomenal. The room was clean. TV worked. Desk clerk was pleasant.
Very Good Upon arrival we were given no information about breakfast times for the morning. The non-smoking room had been smoked in. The morning clerk was a little more friendly The two baby bunnies in the grass and parking lot were very cute. .
